Only sellers on one of the supported M Connect platforms, such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Maropost, WooCommerce, or Adobe Commerce platforms, will be accepted on Bronze/Silver.
If not on a supported platform, then they would be required to sign up for Gold/customer pricing.
Onboarding is straightforward for sellers under platforms supported by MConnect. Our specialists guide you through M Connect to map your catalog, optimize product data, and set up your system. You’ll also receive training and a welcome pack to help you succeed.
For other platforms, we’ll assist you in creating an API integration to get you connected.
Yes. Unlike open marketplaces, Curator only partners with operator-run marketplaces where sellers are carefully selected. Every seller is vetted for quality, compliance, and catalog accuracy. We also provide SLA-backed monitoring to ensure your products are represented correctly and your brand reputation is protected.
Operator marketplaces are curated, not open. That means they don’t accept everyone — they select sellers strategically to create balance and avoid overcrowding. Instead of being lost among thousands of unvetted competitors, your products get better visibility in an environment designed for growth.
We’ve kept pricing simple and scalable. There’s a low monthly fee starting at A$49, a one-time onboarding fee per channel, and transaction fees only as your sales grow. As you expand into more channels or reach higher transaction volumes, you can upgrade to Silver or Gold tiers. This way, you only pay more once your sales justify it.
You’ll never be on your own. Curator provides 24/7 access to a Help Centre, an AI chatbot for quick answers, and live technical support for more complex needs. Our marketplace specialists help with onboarding, and our technical team supports Level 1 and Level 2 issues. If a situation requires escalation, we’ll manage it directly with operators on your behalf.
